Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site landscape sales role located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Sales Design Manager will collaborate with clients to design and sell landscaping solutions that meet their needs and goals.
Create detailed project proposals and design plans.
Manage project estimates and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain client relationships and oversee project timelines.
Ensure successful implementation of design concepts.
Qualifications
Experience in landscape design, outdoor living solutions, or similar fields.
Sales and client relationship skills, including the ability to deliver compelling proposals and provide excellent customer service.
Project management capabilities, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and timeline management.
Knowledge of landscaping, irrigation systems, tree care, or snow and ice management is a plus.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Design, Business, or related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
