We’re looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator who will bring creativity, precision, and operational excellence to Loop’s event marketing efforts. You’ll play a key role in executing our field and partner events — helping us connect with customers, partners, and prospects through memorable, brand‑aligned experiences.

This role reports to the Senior Field Marketing Manager and works closely with the Growth Marketing team, Sales and Partnerships to drive pipeline and deepen relationships with merchants and partners. For this position, we’re looking for someone to join us in Columbus, OH; Chicago, IL; or Philadelphia, PA.

What You’ll Do

Assist with large trade show coordination, creation, and implementation across AMER, UK, EU, and ANZ regions.

Source vendors and venues, and support contract management, F&B orders, shipping, A/V, signage, and on‑site logistics.

Source, manage, and track swag and other printed event materials.

Manage pre‑ and post‑event list uploads and scrubbing.

Coordinate event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Maintain clear internal communications around event updates and deliverables.

Manage multiple events at once, each at different stages from planning to completion.

Serve as occasional on‑site support for events. (Travel expected: ~10-20%)

What You’ll Bring

1–2 years of experience in an administrative or event coordination role (internships welcome!).

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and time management abilities.

Comfort juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders across time zones.

A proactive, team‑first attitude with a desire to learn and grow in event marketing.

Success in This Role Looks Like

Increased sales opportunities influenced by events.

Expanded reach and engagement with enterprise accounts.

Consistent improvement in event processes, vendor management, and attendee experience.

$50,000 - $60,000 a year

We want you to feel safe and excited, but also comfortable with the compensation package of a startup. The posted salary range is the base salary for this opportunity and is subject to change. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, your prior experience and skills related to the position, geographic location, company needs, current market demands, and your total compensation goals.
