Junior Business Development Manager – Fully Onsite in Nashville!

A Tech enterprise that emerged a little over ten years ago, but is now an institution across the USA, parts of Europe and Asia, is growing in multiple markets and geographies.
They're looking for a sizable number of Junior Business Development Managers to come in and grow their book of business – successful candidates will be joining as part of new teams!
Package
Competitive salary of $60k
Excellent OTE taking your earnings between $15k in your first year
Excellent scope for progression to roles such as: AE, AM, Team Lead and more!

Role
Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the company, its marketplace, competitors and target client
Undertake effective territory planning and preparation – determine when and which clients/prospects to visit to ensure opportunity is capitalised upon
Regularly speak to prospects over the phone and travel to client sites in order to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the company's value proposition
Implement marketing and category initiatives throughout your customer base
Manage and monitor the performance of sales throughout your assigned territory
Closely observe the company ethos when attending regional and national conferences, networking with existing clients to further business generation
Qualifications
A car & driver’s license
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Confident with good presentation skills
A strong work ethic with a positive outlook
