Junior Business Development Manager Sector: Tech A Tech enterprise that emerged a little over ten years ago, but is now an institution across the USA, parts of Europe and Asia, is growing in multiple markets and geographies. They are looking for a sizable number of Junior Business Development Managers to grow their book of business. Successful candidates will join new teams. Package Competitive salary of $60k Excellent OTE, earning $15k in your first year Excellent scope for progression to roles such as AE, AM, Team Lead and more! 401(k) contributions Role Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the company, its marketplace, competitors and target client. Undertake effective territory planning and preparation, determining when and which clients/prospects to visit to ensure opportunities are capitalized upon. Regularly speak to prospects over the phone and travel to client sites to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the company's value proposition. Implement marketing and category initiatives throughout your customer base. Manage and monitor the performance of sales throughout your assigned territory. Closely observe the company ethos when attending regional and national conferences, networking with existing clients to further business generation. Requirements Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Confident with good presentation skills. A strong work ethic with a positive outlook. Must have a personal car to commute in the area.
