About The Role The Digital Marketing Manager supports the Public Relations Director and the Commercial Director to execute strategies in website development, social media platforms, content development, and online review management. This role’s lead responsibilities include maintaining visuals and copy across owned and third‑party website channels, generating social media content and calendars, growing social media engagement, and managing the hotel’s online reputation.

What You Will Do

Manage the Hotel and Restaurant & Bar social media channels, curating content calendars that amplify key messages and highlight the property’s identity, business objectives, current offerings, and storytelling.

Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.

Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Create engaging social media content including Instagram stories and reels, working closely with key departments to produce content opportunities.

Execute strategies to grow social media metrics including audience size, impressions, engagement, and post link clicks, supporting the hotel’s performance on the monthly commercial scorecard.

Perform community management of all social media platforms.

Utilize available programs (including Traacker and Social Native) to vet social media collaboration opportunities and integrate user‑generated content.

Actively use Sprout Social Media Management platform to efficiently schedule content and provide monthly as‑needed reporting.

Pursue and coordinate social media influencer stays and experiences, building briefs to ensure aesthetic content and deliverable expectations are aligned.

Monitor social media conversations relevant to the Hotel, luxury travel industry, and local market.

Coordinate property participation in corporate global social media campaigns.

Ensure the online presence of the Hotels accurately reflects the current business objectives, offerings, and storytelling across Four Seasons owned channels (FS.com, Four Seasons App, Partner Websites, internal resources).

Maintain visual and informational updates on third‑party websites, aligning with the Hotel’s positioning, product, and business objectives.

Manage “Local SEO” needs, including up‑to‑date information and postings for Google Profiles.

Assist with the production and coordination of photo and video shoots as needed.

Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and planning committee.

Serve as a brand ambassador of Four Seasons and the hotels.

What You Bring

Minimum of three years of professional experience in social media platforms, website management, influencer relations. Digital marketing experience is required.

Agency experience preferred.

Experience within hospitality or luxury lifestyle preferred.

Excellent writing, presentation, & communication skills.

Photography and video skills and an eye for aesthetic.

Attention to detail and organization.

Ability to multi‑task effectively, managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and priorities.

Knowledge of InDesign and production methods in graphic arts and collateral.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
