The Procurement Specialist & Expeditor will oversee the full life cycle of procurement and expediting for FF&E, lighting, accessories, and custom finishes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and fluent in Studio Designer, with experience navigating the demands of luxury interior design projects. This is an on-site role in our Baltimore office. Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement from start to finish: proposals, purchase orders, vendor communications, and invoicing. Track and expedite orders, proactively resolving shipping delays, production issues, or damages. Maintain accurate records and reporting within Studio Designer. Partner with designers and project managers to align procurement with schedules and budgets. Liaise with vendors, artisans, and workrooms, cultivating relationships that reflect our commitment to quality and service. Coordinate logistics for white‑glove deliveries nationwide. Qualifications
