The Communications and Content Manager is a creative and strategic leader responsible for shaping and sharing the story of Franklin College of Arts and Sciences. This role centers on executing a dynamic content strategy that communicates the College’s mission, academic excellence, and community impact to a wide range of external and internal audiences. Responsibilities
Execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports the college’s mission and strategic priorities. Write and edit feature stories, press releases, faculty, student, and alumni profiles, informational web content, and promotional materials. Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, university partners, student groups, development and alumni relations, and central marketing and communications. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field. 5+ years professional experience in communications, content creation, or related field. Exceptional writing and editing skills. Strong understanding of audience segmentation and comprehensive communication practices. Experience working with business/industry, alumni engagement, and development initiatives. Employment Type
