Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr We are a growing firm, looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 2+ years of experience, with marketing/advertising law experience. Requirements: 2+ years of experience Previous marketing/advertising law experience Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in Illinois Responsibilities: Review advertising content, including websites, social media, TV, and print, to ensure compliance with truth-in-advertising laws. Assist clients gather and provide evidence to support their advertising claims, especially for claims that are heavily regulated (e.g., environmental, health, or "Made in USA" claims). Provide guidance on online and mobile advertising, influencer marketing agreements, data privacy, sweepstakes, and sponsorships. Help with brand messaging and protecting intellectual property rights in marketing campaigns. The annual salary for this position is between $150k-180k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
