General Summary of Position:
We is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team.
This role involves designing visually engaging and innovative graphics that effectively communicate the Client's brand message in the field of medical and aesthetic solutions.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A strong graphic design background with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for medical innovations.
• Proven experience coding HTML e-blasts and digital communications.
• Proficiency in video editing, light motion/animation work, and digital content optimization.
• Experience working in Figma and Adobe Dreamweaver.
• Written and spoken professional fluency in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute design concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all visual communications.
• Develop digital graphics and layouts for the company's website, social media, and internal platforms.
• Code and implement e-blast designs using HTML and CSS to ensure optimal rendering and engagement across major email platforms.
• Design, edit, and animate short-form videos and digital assets for campaigns, web, and events.
• Assist in the design and development of packaging for various medical and aesthetic products.
• Provide creative input in campaign planning and execution.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
• Experience coding and optimizing HTML/CSS for digital assets and e-blasts.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Dreamweaver is required.
• Basic motion design and animation proficiency (e.g., GIFs, video openers, and dynamic web content).
• Proficiently navigate and utilize standard computer software including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and project types.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Written and spoken professional fluency in Spanish.
