Graphic Designer (1 Month Contract) at Thompson Hospitality. Schedule: In-office Monday-Friday. Overview 1-month contract assignment focused on producing visually appealing and on-brand graphics for restaurant marketing and communications. Responsibilities Develop and design menus, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials to showcase menu items, events, and promotions. Collaborate with marketing and management teams to create visually engaging content for social media platforms, website, and digital marketing campaigns. Ensure all designs align with the restaurant's branding guidelines and maintain consistency across different mediums. Stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adhering to project requirements. Coordinate with external vendors and printers to oversee the production and printing of marketing materials when necessary. Contribute innovative ideas and concepts to enhance the restaurant's visual identity and customer experience. Qualifications Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs, layout skills, and a keen eye for typography and color theory. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of printing processes and specifications for various materials.
