Beverage — a unique, fast-growing drink brand gaining real traction among U.S. customers. About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Manager who can build influencer partnerships from scratch, create impactful campaigns, and develop long-term collaborations with creators in the U.S. market . You’ll work closely with the creative team to drive growth through influencer collaborations. What You’ll Do Influencer Management Search for and select influencers on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. Negotiate deals, prepare briefs, and manage product shipments. Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and brand ambassadors. Plan, launch, and manage influencer campaigns from start to finish. Track performance, collect results, and analyze campaign outcomes. Spot trends and bring creative ideas to make campaigns go viral. Work with the content and performance teams to align influencer activities with the overall brand strategy. Qualifications Experience 2+ years in influencer marketing (with U.S. creators). Proven track record of negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and running measurable campaigns. Skills Fluent English (B2+) — daily communication with influencers and partners. Fluent Russian (C1) — internal communication with the team. Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord). Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and creative mindset. Analytical approach — able to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Tools Experience with Upfluence, Insense, Aspire, or similar platforms is a plus. What We Offer Competitive salary in USD Fully remote work with a flexible schedule.
