We strive every day to be the absolute best wedding team in America.Our culture is built around listening first, being endlessly curious, being accountable within ourselves and with our craft, practicing joy, and boundless growth. About the RoleThis role is part photography, part hospitality, and part ongoing artistic development.This position begins with a ~2-month contractor period where we work together, evaluate fit, and ensure alignment in creativity, communication, and client experience.After this period, photographers who demonstrate strong teamwork, artistry, and culture alignment will transition into a full-time role with full benefits.Once full-time, your first 23 months will focus on structured onboarding - including 1:1 mentorship, field training, shadowing, creative development sessions, and client experience mastery - with continued training and growth built into your role on a weekly basis with your team.Were not asking you to arrive as a finished artist.
