About Adventure Amore

Adventure Amore and Colorado Outdoor Weddings are two six-figure creative brands redefining Colorado’s elopement and micro wedding industry. Our goal is to be the #1 team in the industry, leading in the quality of our artistry and the level of service we deliver. We’re building a comprehensive one‑stop shop for all wedding needs, making it simple for couples to design and experience their dream wedding day. In the past year alone, we’ve achieved 2x year‑over‑year growth and are on pace to 4x again next year, earning five‑star reviews across every platform due to our unwavering commitment to people and service. Together, we’ve booked 150+ couples this year, with a steady flow of 10+ daily inquiries and double‑digit discovery calls each week.

Who We Are

We’re a team of artists and storytellers who believe the work is only as good as the people behind it and how we treat each other. With a standard of excellence in all our relationships—clients, land, and each other—we grow together, learn from each other, and support each other to become the best version of ourselves. Our culture is built on listening, curiosity, accountability, joy, and boundless growth.

About the Role

This position is part photography, part hospitality, and part ongoing artistic development. It begins with a ~2‑month contractor period to evaluate fit and alignment, after which successful photographers transition into a full‑time role with full benefits.

Full‑time onboarding focuses on structured learning—1:1 mentorship, field training, shadowing, creative development sessions, and client experience mastery—with continuous growth built into the weekly routine.

Compensation

$45,000–$90,000 per year (base $45,000–$60,000 plus commission and performance incentives); benefits include company‑sponsored healthcare, 401(k), unlimited PTO after 3 months, mileage compensation, and a hybrid work structure.

What You’ll Do

Support couples from their first inquiry call through final gallery delivery – creating and leading exceptional wedding experiences by understanding their vision, guiding them through a joyful, well‑planned day, and ensuring they feel present, safe, and fully celebrated.

Photograph elopements and micro‑weddings across Colorado (mostly within 1.5–2 hours of Denver), deliver sneak peeks & galleries, and approve edits while internal editors handle all final editing.

Collaborate deeply with your team through shared planning, problem‑solving, support, and creative partnership, forming one aligned crew committed to creating our best work together.

Grow as an artist and teammate through weekly training, creative development sessions, structured mentorship, and supportive critique in a culture of continuous learning.
