This role is posted on behalf of the following client: They are a leading digital media and content production studio behind one of the largest food-focused channels on YouTube, with over 28 million subscribers and a global audience. The team produces high-quality, entertaining, and educational longform video content that inspires millions of viewers every week through storytelling, creativity, and culinary innovation.
Role Overview
They are looking for a creative and innovative Lead Videographer to film a wide range of unique video projects for all of the client’s video channels. You are passionate about visual storytelling and creating impactful videos. You have a strong understanding of film production, lighting techniques, and industry terminology. Bonus: you have a passion for food and working in the food space!
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the client's team, including producers, editors, and other stakeholders involved in our videos.
- Collaborate with various partners, lighting crews, and production staff.
Who You Are
- Proven track record of producing high-quality, visually engaging video content (ideally for YouTube / social media)
- Proficiency in operating any and all camera equipment, including DSLRs, stabilizers, drones, and microphones
- Strong understanding of shot composition, lighting techniques, and audio recording principles, ensuring professional‑grade production quality at all times
- Top‑note communication skills and ability to collaborate seamlessly within a dynamic team and fast‑paced environments
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring the overall quality and consistency of video content align with the desired standards of each project
- Passion for staying up‑to‑date with video production trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve content quality
- Flexibility to travel and work non‑traditional hours, as required for various projects
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally with a concentration in fields related to film studies or video production
