Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Advertising and Data Analysis Specialist for Google and Meta to join our marketing team. The role begins as part time and can grow into a full time position for the right candidate. This is an in office position at our Fulton, MD location with flex days available after onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
• Optimize audiences, bidding, placements, and creative assets to improve results
• Track and analyze performance metrics and provide clear, actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to support client goals
• Manage monthly budgets with accuracy
• Stay updated on platform changes, best practices, and new advertising tools

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications preferred
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and analytics
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager
• Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
• Experience in an agency or restaurant and hospitality environment is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
