Position Overview We are seeking a Digital Advertising and Data Analysis Specialist for Google and Meta to join our marketing team. The role begins as part time and can grow into a full time position for the right candidate. This is an in office position at our Fulton, MD location with flex days available after onboarding. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) Optimize audiences, bidding, placements, and creative assets to improve results Track and analyze performance metrics and provide clear, actionable insights Collaborate with creative and account teams to support client goals Manage monthly budgets with accuracy Stay updated on platform changes, best practices, and new advertising tools Qualifications Three or more years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications preferred Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and analytics Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills Experience in an agency or restaurant and hospitality environment is a plus Compensation and Benefits Part time start: about 15 to 20 hours per week Full time potential with salary opportunity after successful performance 401(k) plan with employer match available once full time Flex work from home days after onboarding and probation Supportive and collaborative team environment Training and certification support How to Apply Submit your resume, examples of past campaigns or results, and a brief cover letter explaining why you are a strong fit for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
