Creative Operations Coordinator Job at Dime Industries in Irvine

We’re DIME Industries, a fast-growing cannabis brand known for premium products, bold design, and a team that actually loves working together. We’re looking for a Creative Operations Coordinator who’s organized, resourceful, and ready to keep our marketing, merchandise, packaging, e‑commerce, and creative workflows running smooth.

What You’ll Do

• Support packaging projects from concept to delivery — specs, proofs, POs, vendor updates, and timelines.
• Support e‑commerce launches with product page updates, image swaps, and inventory checks.
• Source and coordinate with vendors for packaging, swag, and creative materials.
• Place and track orders while keeping all stakeholders in the loop.
• Maintain clean file systems, asset libraries, and version control for all creative materials.
• Collect and organize feedback from internal teams, retail partners, and brand ambassadors.
• Jump in where needed — light QA, label reviews, shipment prep, or creative coordination.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years in creative ops, admin, packaging, or e‑commerce coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Great communication and follow‑through — you keep people informed and projects moving.
• Confidence working cross‑functionally with creative, operations, and sales teams.
• Comfort with Google Workspace; bonus if you’ve used Sheets, Airtable, or project tools like Wrike.
• Understanding of packaging basics (dimensions, dielines, MOQs, timelines) is a plus.
• You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and keep it fun under pressure.
