The Role

  • Identifying suitable peer reviewers, reviewing comments, acting as a reviewer when needed, and providing feedback to authors, while overseeing an effective, ethical and timely peer review process.
  • Making recommendation decisions of manuscripts that incorporate all necessary feedback from other editors and peer reviewers.
  • Ensuring the quality and soundness of articles published in the journal, by considering compliance with ethical standards of scientific research, relevance to the journal’s aim and scope, and accurate use of research methods.
  • Inviting appropriate contributions.
  • Promoting the journal within relevant networks.
  • Liaising with authors, reviewers, and the Editor-in-Chief to achieve these goals.

This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in the development and management of an academic journal with a global profile.
