The Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who's equal parts storyteller, system thinker, and creative powerhouse. You're obsessed with great design, not just how it looks, but how it feels and connects. You thrive in the DTC space, where every pixel has purpose and every project tells a story that drives results.

You're fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, live for design systems, and maybe even get a little nerdy about color theory or typography. You're curious about new creative tools (yep, even AI), and you love finding smarter, faster ways to bring big ideas to life.

What You'll Do

• Create standout design across web, social, digital ads, print, packaging, and beyond.
• Turn brand strategy into visuals that stop the scroll, spark emotion, and drive engagement.
• Shape and evolve our visual identity to match our new bold, fun, and confident direction.
• Build scalable design systems that make creative excellence repeatable.
• Collaborate with a crew of marketers, writers, and dreamers who love what they do.
• Juggle multiple projects with ease, because great design should be fun.
• Explore and experiment with AI tools and next‑gen creative workflows.

What You Bring

• 5-7+ years of design experience (DTC, lifestyle, or eCommerce a big plus).
• A killer portfolio that shows your craft, storytelling, and versatility.
• Expert‑level skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Solid understanding of brand systems, layout, and design fundamentals.
• Curiosity, courage, and a love of pushing creative boundaries.
• Team spirit and great communication—you make collaboration easy (and fun).
