Overview

Campaign Managers play a key role in developing best‑in‑industry influencer campaigns and client satisfaction. As a trusted business advisor to both brands and influencers, they strategically build campaigns that bridge the world of influencer and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client partnership, ensuring alignment to client KPIs, brand guidelines, and strategy are well defined and attainable within the campaign strategy.
  • Lead weekly client and agency calls, keeping the client up to date on progress and performance of the campaign.
  • Coordinate with internal collaborators and shared client teams, keeping them apprised of performance and campaign needs.
  • Generate new relationships between brands and influencers by identifying new investment opportunities that align with campaign goals and audience fit.
  • Learn about and apply influencer industry channels and trends to client campaigns.
  • Identify and implement efficiencies across the VIP processes.
  • Represent CJ through thought leadership with Junction articles and industry events.
  • Generate influencer and content strategies for seasonal and annual brand initiatives; drive platform and budget recommendations, creative concepts, and post frequency.
  • Project and team management: manage campaign workload across the team, establish workback schedules, and ensure delivery to client deadlines.
  • Campaign benchmarking and forecasting to ensure purposeful pitches with data.
  • Work with analysts and influencer managers to deliver post‑campaign analysis and whitelisting recommendations through campaign specialists.
  • Create IO and invoice, oversee financial processes (net terms) and ensure payment posting deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the online marketing industry—ideally digital performance, with 3 of the years in influencer or social media marketing.
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to convey complex results in a simple, clear manner.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to build a team culture focused on accountability and client delivery.
  • Ability to execute diverse tasks within designated time frames, delivering high‑quality results.
  • Capacity to work across departments, building consensus and achieving objectives.
  • Results‑oriented problem solver who leverages data insights to drive strategic outcomes.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Respectful of varying opinions and perspectives.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, and data analytics experience for reporting platform insights.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong client presentation skills.
  • Self‑initiative and eagerness to enhance abilities.
  • Knowledge of influencer platforms in our tech stack such as CreatorIQ.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.

Compensation Range

$79,990—$120,450 annually. The company reserves the right to modify this range.
