We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid, email, affiliate, and digital ecosystem. This person will own our full-funnel strategy across Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, Klaviyo, affiliate platforms, and emerging channels — driving growth, retention, and brand discovery.

You’ll mix creative storytelling with data‑driven strategy — crafting campaigns that perform, convert, and bring the Owl’s Brew brand to life across every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Own strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Amazon Ads, TikTok, and new growth platforms.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and creative testing to maximize ROAS and efficient CAC.
  • Build and maintain a performance dashboard to track spend, KPIs, and learnings.
  • Partner with creative to develop thumb‑stopping assets that align with brand voice.

Email, CRM & Retention (Klaviyo)

  • Lead email and SMS marketing strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Build, test, and optimize lifecycle flows (welcome, post‑purchase, review request, abandoned cart, win‑back, etc.).
  • Segment audiences for personalized communication and targeted promotions.
  • Partner with creative to develop branded templates and content.
  • Track KPIs weekly across engagement, conversion, and repeat purchase.

Affiliate Marketing

  • Manage and grow affiliate partnerships to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Identify and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with brand values and audience.
  • Track and report affiliate performance across networks (impact.com, ShareASale, etc.).
  • Collaborate with influencer, PR, and eCommerce teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and performance alignment.

    Amazon & Marketplace Growth

    • Lead Amazon marketing and sales strategy: advertising, listings optimisation, A+ content, brand store, and promotions.
    • Manage AMS campaigns (sponsored products, brands, and display) and analyse performance weekly.
    • Partner with eComm and ops on inventory, pricing, and customer experience.

    Social & Influencer Performance

    • Lead paid TikTok strategy — including UGC sourcing and affiliates for TT shop, creator collaborations, and whitelisting.
    • Collaborate with influencer and content teams to identify top‑performing assets for amplification.
    • Explore new paid channels (Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat) for efficiency and brand reach.

    Analytics & Reporting

    • Analyse performance across all digital channels (paid, email, affiliate, Amazon).
    • Deliver monthly insights and recommendations to optimise campaigns and drive efficiency.
    • Partner cross‑functionally with brand, creative, and sales to align digital strategy with retail goals.

    Qualifications

    • 6+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing (CPG, beverage, or lifestyle brand preferred).
    • Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, Klaviyo, and affiliate platforms.
    • Proven ability to manage and scale campaigns across multiple digital channels.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a creative mindset.
    • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.

    Nice‑to‑Haves

    • Experience with Shopify, GA4, and influencer whitelisting.
    • Background in managing UGC or affiliate creator programs.
    • Passion for clean ingredients, better‑for‑you products, and female‑founded brands.

    New York based preferred but open to remote candidates.
