Position Summary

Senior UX Designer, Lead conversion focused experiences for Launch Potato web properties. The role drives measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, test-ready user experiences—from concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and dev hand-off—backed by A/B test results and user insights.
• Lead design projects independently across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration.
• Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction.
• Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
• Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization.
• Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX/UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.
• Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session.
• Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands‑on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Experience

8+ years of UX/UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.

Compensation

Base salary with profit‑sharing bonus and competitive benefits. Compensation includes a base salary, profit‑sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Future increases will be based on performance and personal performance.
