Compensation

$150,000 to $180,000 per year. This position is Contract to Hire.

Must Have

  • 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data‑driven environment
  • Expertise in data‑informed design focused on optimizing metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
  • Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Hands‑on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO
  • Excellent communicator able to present design rationale to technical and non‑technical audiences

Experience

8+ years of UX/UI experience within performance marketing, lead generation, or conversion rate optimization environments.

Your Role

Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data‑informed, CRO‑optimized user experiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.

Outcomes

  • Deliver complete, test‑ready user experiences—from concept and ideation through high‑fidelity prototypes and dev hand‑off—backed by A/B test results and user insights
  • Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post‑test iteration
  • Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction
  • Identify and improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging qualitative and quantitative inputs
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and technical constraints
  • Champion and mentor design best practices and drive UX strategy across the organization
  • Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability

Total Compensation

Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies with Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your package includes a base salary, profit‑sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Future increases are based on company and personal performance, not annual cost‑of‑living adjustments.
