Join the remote Growth Marketer role at Softr, a fast‑growing no‑code AI platform that empowers businesses to build and run custom apps for clients, employees and partners.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and scale growth marketing strategies across all channels, both B2B and B2C.
- Increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention through data‑driven experiments.
- Run experiments on online advertising platforms and analytics tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) to identify the most effective channels.
- Measure the success of the go‑to‑market strategy in user acquisition, retention, engagement and monetization; define and report key metrics to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with the product team on in‑product growth initiatives and with the Community team on community‑driven initiatives.
- Grow the Softr customer base through co‑marketing opportunities with other companies and partnerships (e.g., third‑party communities, agencies, educational institutions, incubators/accelerators, tech newsletters and podcasts) in collaboration with the Community Lead.
Qualifications
- Experienced with horizontal, PLG‑type SaaS companies; ideally you have helped early‑stage companies grow to Series B and beyond.
- Have breadth across all areas of growth marketing with depth in some: content & SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, website management & conversion rate optimization, marketing ops and analytics.
- Passion for no‑code and automation and the audience we serve; bonus if you’ve used no‑code and automation platforms meaningfully.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong in communicating with customers and gathering insights in real‑time.
- Love for solving problems; you understand specific customer needs and solve problems on the fly.
- Deeply customer‑centric; experience building and maintaining relationships with complex, multi‑geographical customers.
- Urgency is your mindset; you act with speed while keeping the bigger picture in view.
- Strategic and scrappy; hands‑on building and executing while setting goals, budgets, prioritizing initiatives and reporting on key metrics company‑wide.
