Job Responsibilities

As a HUB Insurance Sales Producer, you will prospect for business using your local networks, connections, and communities, support the corporate and regional offices, and serve as the cornerstone of superior customer service.

Other Responsibilities Of The Producer Role

• Conduct sales, service, and solicitation of all forms of insurance business
• Maximize growth and client retention through superior customer service
• Develop accounts and cross‑sell available products and services
• Generate and pursue new client opportunities
• Present services and solutions at prospect meetings
• Bring new business prospects to closure
• Retain clients by maintaining solid business‑to‑business relationships

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role you must be an independent, self‑starter capable of selling and developing strong business‑to‑business relationships. We seek confident professionals who are not afraid of cold‑calling and developing new business. This position is open to experienced and novice professionals alike, with 7–15 years of B2B sales experience.

Other Requirements Of The Producer Role

• 7+ years of previous B2B sales experience
• Commercial insurance sales experience highly preferred
• Experience selling to a specific industry a plus
• Required to obtain the appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire
• Preference given to those with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
• Good listening skills and ability to determine clients’ needs efficiently

Department: Sales

• Required Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience
• Required Travel: Up to 75%
• Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
