Creditors’ Rights / Foreclosure Attorney Join our growing South Florida law firm that specializes in creditors’ rights, foreclosure litigation, and related matters. We are looking for a motivated attorney to manage a high‑volume docket, represent lenders in foreclosure and post‑foreclosure matters, and support strategic litigation and negotiation.

Base pay range $90,000 - $115,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

Handle high‑volume docket and manage multiple cases under tight deadlines.

Represent lenders in foreclosure and post‑foreclosure matters.

Assist with strategic litigation and negotiation.

Prepare motions, conduct hearings, and support trial preparation.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and maintain excellent client service.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Florida Bar, in good standing.

Significant experience in creditors’ rights, foreclosure, real estate litigation, or related fields.

Strong litigation skills: motion practice, hearings, trial preparation.

Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills with clients and opposing counsel.

Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented.
