Location & Compensation Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Own the development and hands‑on execution of digital retail media strategies across Amazon.
Set up and optimize campaigns in Amazon Seller Central (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Sponsored Video).
Lead keyword research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign testing strategies using first‑party and CRM data.
Align campaign strategies with key events, promotional plans, and inventory availability.
Monitor and report on core KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, NTB, SOV, and ROI.
Maintain budget pacing and ensure high‑performance delivery across campaigns.
Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and success benchmarks.
Collaborate with analytics teams to generate performance reports and optimization insights.
Work closely with Inventory Planning, Creative, Brand Marketing, PIM, Content, and Ecommerce.
Ensure alignment between advertising and product availability, customer journey, and promotions.
Partner with global stakeholders to ensure best‑in‑class planning and measurement consistency.
Manage campaign tools such as Pacvue, Skai, Perpetua, CommerceIQ, and insights platforms like Helium 10 and Stackline.
Collaborate with Amazon Advertising account teams and evaluate third‑party vendors.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all creative and content assets.
Stay updated on Amazon platform enhancements and media innovation opportunities.
Drive A/B testing and audience experimentation to uncover insights and improve targeting accuracy.
Ideal Candidate
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
Required: 4+ years of hands‑on experience in Digital Media, Paid Search, Retail Media, or eCommerce Advertising.
Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising and Seller Central campaign management.
Experience managing third‑party tools (e.g., Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai) and analytics dashboards.
Familiarity with high‑traffic e‑commerce environments and marketplaces.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into performance strategy.
Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
Certified in Amazon Advertising (Foundations, Sponsored Ads, Optimization, Video Ads).
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite skills.
Excellent stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration, and project planning skills.
Proactive and curious mindset with a passion for performance and experimentation.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, matrixed, and international environment.
Key Tools & Technologies
Google Analytics (GA4) – Traffic and conversion tracking.
Microsoft Excel & Power BI – Data analysis and visualization.
