About This Role Seeking a Leasing & Marketing Associate to support our luxury residential portfolio. The role focuses on marketing strategy, leasing, resident relations, and property performance.
Location: Brooklyn & Lower Manhattan, New York (in‑person).
Hours: Weekend availability required.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Assist in creating marketing strategies and executing plans.
Develop and implement social media strategies.
Tour apartments, follow‑up procedures, and lease/pre‑lease apartments.
Complete applications and lease documents.
Maintain model apartments and assist with resident relations.
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and brokers.
Prepare weekly leasing reports and monthly market surveys.
Perform additional assigned tasks.
About You & What You Offer
Ability to work weekends.
Background in marketing, sales, or customer service.
1–2 years onsite residential leasing experience.
Knowledge of Yardi, On‑site, and Excel; quick to learn new tech.
Luxury residential or rent‑stabilization knowledge is a plus.
Real‑estate license is a plus; if not licensed, must agree to obtain.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills.
Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
