Digital Marketing Manager – 7+ years of relevant experience required for a full‑time, hybrid (2/3) position located in Metro West (Greater Boston). Salary: $100,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and possess experience working within a highly regulated industry. A strong understanding of paid search/display, email, social media, web and emerging channels is essential.
Responsibilities
Develop, execute and monitor digital marketing strategies to grow digital audiences and enhance online customer retention.
Manage and mentor direct reports, ensuring alignment across all digital initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on campaign planning, asset creation and media buying.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data‑driven insights to optimize outcomes.
Ensure compliance with digital advertising regulations, coordinating with legal/risk teams.
Lead vendor selection, budget management and digital media buys.
Stay abreast of industry trends and proactively resolve digital challenges.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience.
Strong understanding of paid search/display, email, social media, web and emerging channels.
Hands‑on experience with campaign analysis, reporting and deriving actionable insights.
Proven program/project management and vendor management skills.
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, CMS, email platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and common marketing tools.
