An Iconic Global Media Brand is hiring an experienced attorney to support its legal operations across commercial, marketing, and content-related matters. The hybrid role requires working 2 days a week in office.
Pay Range $160,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts across departments including sales, marketing, events, and vendor services.
Provide legal guidance throughout product and campaign development.
Advise internal teams on risk, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
Support dispute resolution and help refine internal legal processes.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, ideally in media, entertainment, or digital content.
Licensed to practice in NY or NJ.
Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
