Corporate Instructional Designer & Facilitator (Onsite : Plano, TX)

As the Instructional Designer & Facilitator for Metro One LPSG, you will work with our business leaders to identify their true business training case, design an appropriate learning solution, as well as develop and deploy the learning assets, and measure effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Create engaging learning activities and compelling content that meets the determined performance objectives.
Engage with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs, develop appropriate training content and campaign, deploy, and measure training effectiveness.
Act as the point of contact for required corporate training initiatives
Facilitate training delivery, either internally or externally developed.
Support additional department initiatives, such as training needs analysis, process mapping and design, development of best practice and standard operating procedure documentation, as needed.
Frequent travel required (50% or more).
Qualifications
2+ years in an instructional designer or related role
Practical knowledge of instructional design concepts and models
Lesson and curriculum development skills leverage multiple modalities
Thorough knowledge of eLearning and video development tools
Ability to write effective instructional text, audio scripts, storyboards, & infographics
Basic administrative knowledge of Learning Management Systems and / or Learning Experience Platforms
Demonstrated ability to facilitate learning experiences, both virtually and in a classroom setting
Creating / delivering communication strategies to support execution to these projects / programs / processes
Education : Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience, preferably in Training & Development, Instructional Design, Organization Development, Business or similar.
Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county, and municipal requirements.
