The Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s equal parts strategist and executor—someone who can build, run, and optimize Meta ad campaigns and support SMB sales through highly targeted email marketing. You’ll help fuel our growth engine across paid social, email, and campaign automation, working closely with leadership to drive measurable results.
What You’ll Own
Meta + Paid Social Campaigns
Build, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns from scratch
Manage budgets, pacing, targeting, creative variations, and reporting
Run A/B tests and iterate based on performance
Track and communicate ROI with clarity and confidence
Build segmented email marketing sequences in HubSpot
Support SMB sales initiatives with targeted nurture flows and outbound campaigns
Measure campaign performance and continuously refine copy, timing, and targeting
HubSpot Ownership
Create and manage lists, segments, workflows, and reporting
Build dashboards that help leadership understand funnel performance
Ensure clean data hygiene across contacts, deals, and activities
Partner with leadership on messaging, offers, and campaign strategy
Work with product and customer success to source stories, data, and insights
Suggest new experiments and lead small-scale growth initiatives end-to-end

Consistent, measurable improvement across email and nurture campaigns
Clear attribution and reporting that gives leadership confidence in what’s working
A steady rhythm of testing, learning, and improving
Feeling like a core part of a small team where your work plays directly into the company’s trajectory
You Are
Experienced with Meta Ads Manager (required)
Proficient with HubSpot (automation, workflows, lists, reporting)
Curious, analytical, and data-driven
Strong with ad copy, messaging, and campaign creative direction
Comfortable owning projects end-to-end—from idea to launch to results
Energized by early‑stage, fast‑moving startup life
Someone who thrives when given autonomy and trust
Nice to Have
Experience marketing in SaaS, QSR, or B2B SMB environments
Familiarity with other ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn)
