team, which partners with leading consumer channels such as

AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, and Samsung Experience Stores . In collaboration with our internal learning strategy team, you will design and deliver innovative training solutions that strengthen channel relationships and drive marketplace success. Key Responsibilities

Lead content management processes, including instructional design and delivery for internal and external partners. Partner with clients and business teams to translate performance needs into impactful learning solutions (e.g., instructor-led, e-learning, product workshops). Design and execute account-specific training programs. Collaborate with Channel Operations and Carrier customers to fulfill device training requirements. Aggregate consumer and account insights to identify opportunities and create relevant training modules. Measure training effectiveness using data and propose strategies to drive incremental sellout. Serve as the primary training point of contact for Channel Operations. Manage retail account training initiatives and support local field activities. Build presentations and rapid development materials in various brand formats. Top Skills

High School Diploma + 8 years of related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree + 6 years preferred. Experience in developing and planning employee training programs; Go-to-Market and product training exposure is a plus. Background in telecommunications or wireless industry with training, account management, or project management experience. Minimum 2 years in sales leadership and 2 years in a training organization. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate) and Microsoft Office Suite. Understanding of Adult Learning Theory and Kirkpatrick’s Learning Evaluation Model. Necessary Skills & Attributes

Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines. Positive, creative mindset with openness to feedback.
