We are seeking an experienced Director of Field Marketing to lead our Field Marketing efforts and team of Regional Marketing Managers – tasked to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth within specific geographic regions, often collaborating closely with sales teams. This strategic role will oversee the development and optimization of all field marketing strategy, field marketing program planning and development for Service Experts local service centers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Regional Marketing Managers

Partner with sales teams to support their efforts and drive pipeline growth

Create and manage field marketing budgets

Work with center management and Regional Directors on strategic marketing planning and development and implementation of marketing campaigns

Market research planning and analysis

Ensure Service Experts brand standards are consistently applied in all marketing communications

Direct the development of revenue generating consumer campaigns for applicable Service Experts Centers

Review marketing performance using data from internal and external sources

Develop and implement test and control plans to improve direct marketing efficiency and effectiveness

Track, analyze, and optimize field marketing programs and initiatives

Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through data analysis and insights

Prepare reports and presentations on field marketing performance

Field Marketing Agency management, coordination and liaison for responsible centers

Facilitate regular marketing reviews to ensure marketing programs and tactics are fully supporting business objectives for responsible centers

Responsible for the effective implementation of all marketing programs within Region and Areas

Works with Corporate VP, Field Sales & Corporate Marketing as well as with Area Sales Managers, to develop national, regional and area marketing and sales promotions

Provide field support for Corporate Marketing programs (co‑ordination, execution, measurement & feedback)

Post campaign analysis and communication of best practices

Identify company partnership opportunities including local or regional utilities and partners

Other duties as assigned

Hybrid Schedule:

Mon & Fri Remote

Tue & Thu Onsite – 3400 N. Central Expressway, Richardson, TX 75080

Travel: Up to 20%

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree required or equivalent work experience

10+ years of marketing experience

5+ years managing a team of two people or more

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Creative and strategic thinker

Superior analytical abilities and ability interpret multiple points of data

Excellent interpersonal communication abilities

Strong knowledge of marketing & advertising principles

Prepared and available for travel across the US to Service Experts locations

Exceptional problem‑solving and planning skills

A complete and thorough understanding of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant office software

Ability to assess the Regional and Local Area markets

Strong leadership / management skills

Strategy Development: Excellent strategic planning capabilities

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with the ability to actively influence internal customers on marketing strategy

Financial Acumen: Comfortable with managing and interpreting data (campaign evaluation and MROI)

Organizational/Detail Oriented: Excellent organizational abilities that support complex project management

Leadership: Ability to effectively delegate and direct tactical marketing responsibilities in accordance with marketing plans

Attitude: Willingness to consider and accept new ideas, responsibilities and concepts
