We are looking for a candidate who can
optimizing and automating scalable revenue operations , including dashboards, workflows, and processes that drive efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Certified HubSpot Administrator
with
hands‑on Salesforce CRM experience , combining strong technical and operational knowledge.
3+ years of experience
managing and enhancing
HubSpot environments , ideally within the
cybersecurity
or
enterprise software
sectors.
Advanced
analytical and technical capabilities
in
workflow automation, API integrations, data modeling, and reporting
using
SQL, Excel , and
business intelligence tools
such as
Tableau, Power BI, or Looker .
Candidate should not require sponsorship.
Responsibilities
Optimize and automate scalable revenue operations (dashboards, workflows, processes).
Maintain and enhance HubSpot environments.
Integrate HubSpot with Salesforce CRM and other systems via API.
Develop data models and reporting using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive efficiency.
Qualifications
Certified HubSpot Administrator.
3+ years experience managing HubSpot, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
Hands‑on Salesforce CRM experience.
Strong analytical and technical capabilities (workflow automation, API integrations, data modeling).
Experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Mid–Senior level position (full‑time).
Salary range: $75,000–$80,000 per year.
Location: San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area.
