You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams to identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives from insight to execution.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain real-time performance dashboards that consolidate data from multiple systems (CRM, marketing platforms, affiliate networks, and internal tools).

Communicate findings clearly through written reports, visual dashboards, and live presentations to the executive team.

Create and automate data pipelines and integrations using APIs, SQL, or other scripting methods to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Partner with management to analyze key business metrics, identify trends, and develop data-driven action plans to improve results.

Serve as the primary contact for affiliate partners and suppliers, communicating performance insights, opportunities, and strategies for optimization.

Analyze and reconcile lead generation vendor invoices based on market and product allocation.

Use data to improve supplier and affiliate performance, testing new approaches and tracking ROI.

Lead project management efforts to ensure timely execution of reporting initiatives and improvement plans.

Collaborate across departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance) to align reporting outputs with company goals.

Maintain data integrity and accuracy, ensuring all reports are trusted and actionable.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally within home improvement, building/construction, or related industries.

Proven experience creating automated reports and live dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Looker.

Demonstrated ability to turn data into actionable strategies and measure outcomes.

Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).

Strong analytical background and proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data manipulation languages.

Experience with API integrations, data connectors, and webhooks for cross-platform reporting.

Experience in Lead Perfection (preferred), Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.

Background in marketing performance analytics, operations, or growth strategy.

Excellent communication skills — able to clearly explain data insights and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Experience managing or working with affiliate programs, vendors, or suppliers, ideally in a marketing or performance-driven environment.

Experience presenting data insights and recommendations to executive-level audiences.

Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple reporting and affiliate initiatives simultaneously.

B2C experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, or SEO a plus.
