Role Description The Client Partner – Marketing & Digital Services role is a full‑time hybrid position based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing strategic marketing and digital service solutions, and overseeing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and delivery excellence. Additional duties involve identifying business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to customize service offerings, and maintaining an in‑depth understanding of the market and industry trends to provide innovative solutions that meet clients’ needs.
Qualifications
Experience in account management, client management, and business development
Comprehensive understanding of marketing, digital strategy, and service delivery
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities and tailor solutions to client requirements
Proactive problem‑solving abilities and adaptability in a hybrid work environment
Familiarity with the leadership and executive search industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous
