We are seeking an experienced and creative
Social Media Manager
to lead brand engagement, audience growth, and content strategy across multiple digital platforms. This role blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution—developing and implementing campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and long‑term brand loyalty. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments, combines creativity with analytics, and brings proven success scaling social media programs for established brands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Define audience segmentation, targeting, and content strategies to support acquisition and engagement goals.
Oversee all posting, publishing, community management, and performance analytics.
Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to produce high‑quality, brand‑aligned content.
Evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategy to optimize engagement, ROI, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
Monitor social trends and competitive activity to identify emerging opportunities.
Deliver insightful reports and data‑driven recommendations to leadership.
Provide guidance on channel best practices, creative direction, and storytelling approaches that strengthen brand identity.
Experience & Qualifications
8–9 years
of experience in
social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing .
Minimum
5 years
publishing, writing, and managing social media content.
At least
3 years
in
digital design and/or marketing .
Experience working in a bank or financial institution
strongly preferred.
Proven ability to develop and execute high‑impact social campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Skilled in data analytics, audience targeting, and KPI tracking.
Proficiency with
social analytics tools ,
CRM platforms , and
Adobe Creative Cloud
(preferred).
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in
Creative Communications, Digital Design, Visual Arts, Data Analytics, or a related field .
Track Record of Success
Successfully grew social media presence for a
mid‑size brand (25K+ followers) .
Designed and executed campaigns that overcame engagement and growth challenges.
Scaled social communities to
100K+ followers
and earned
industry recognition and awards .
Managed and mentored social media teams responsible for campaigns and creative output.
Known for strong leadership, collaboration, and team‑building capabilities.
Adept at cross‑functional coordination between creative, analytics, and marketing departments.
