Marketing & Communications Associate
to join our team in
Lombard, IL . This role centers around customer communication, relationship building, and driving sales through direct marketing efforts inside retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients across
wireless, home services, and renewable energy
campaigns.
Collaborate with leadership to stay current on client products, services, and promotions.
Communicate product value clearly and confidently to customers during in-person interactions.
Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Present tailored service recommendations using a lead-driven database.
Provide feedback to improve sales processes and enhance both client and customer satisfaction.
Uphold Be Marketable’s reputation by representing our clients with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer-facing roles (sales, marketing, or retail preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software and systems.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Team-oriented, collaborative mindset with a professional, positive attitude.
Position Requirements:
Must be able to
stand on your feet for long periods of time .
Ability to
lift 25+ pounds
as part of retail setup and campaign responsibilities.
