Studio Administrator / Business Developer / Production Manager (Part‑time)
DWH Studio, the artistic practice of David Wallace Haskins, is a growing light‑and‑space sculpture studio located in Wheaton, Illinois. We create monumental sculptures and immersive experiences for institutions, galleries, and private collectors. As the studio continues to expand, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with less experience to learn the ropes in a dynamic sculpture environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate in the Chicagoland area for this part‑time opportunity. This position can be tailored to the applicant’s unique strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling and time management tasks
Attend one to two video calls per week
Engage in hands‑on work with materials, including sampling and organizing materials
Actively participate in meetings by offering input on aesthetics, production, and creative ideas
Actively participate in budget and pricing conversation
Manage the studio Website and Social Media
Preferred Skills:
Basic proficiency in Google Suite
Basic proficiency in SketchUp (desirable, but not required)
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (desirable, but not required)
Knowledge of V‑Ray, Rhino, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD (a plus)
Comfort with varied hands‑on tasks, especially related to sculpture materials, including basic model making, gluing and bonding, painting and hand finishing maquettes and production samples
Experience with WebFlow Website interface (desirable, but not required)
Requirements:
Located in Wheaton, IL
Primarily remote, with occasional in‑person meetings

Part‑time Sales Associate (Sales Associate) DWH Studios is a growing light‑and‑space sculpture studio located in Wheaton, Illinois. We create monumental sculptures and immersive experiences for institutions, galleries, and private collectors. As we expand, we are looking for a part‑time Sales Associate to help us connect our sculptures with clients and collectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential buyers, galleries, and institutions to present and sell our sculptures
Provide information about artworks, customization options, and handle sales inquiries
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Collaborate with the team on sales strategies and promotional materials
Occasionally attend art fairs, exhibitions, or client meetings in person—either in the Chicagoland area or in major art markets such as New York, Los Angeles, or Miami
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales (art world, galleries, or luxury goods) is a plus but not required
Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools (beneficial)
Enthusiasm for contemporary sculpture and the ability to convey the artistic vision to clients
Requirements:
Based in Chicagoland or a major art market
Flexible hours, primarily remote, with some in‑person meetings or events
