Responsibilities This job is responsible for delivering either small end‑to‑end or large specialized portions of a marketing initiative or program. Key responsibilities include using advanced analysis and problem solving to recommend improvements and solutions, owning the delivery of primary components for small to medium marketing products/processes or secondary components for large/medium initiatives. Job expectations include working with senior management within the Marketing team to deliver solutions based on a defined set of project/program goals.

Effectively develop and execute direct mail campaigns to deliver against the Segment/LOB strategy including program and campaign tactics that enable accurate communication of the offer and account fulfillment, ensuring language guides are used, MRC submissions and feedback are incorporated.

Testing – designs are fully understood and executed as needed.

Ensuring compliance with enterprise and department processes and policies to ensure control and achievement of standards.

Interfacing with a variety of internal and external resources to ensure execution for direct mail campaigns is feasible, implemented accurately according to established standards, and optimizing efficiency without sacrificing performance.

Managing campaign‑level activities with Segment Marketing, LOB and List Management partners: communicating accurate specifications and partnering with Production partners to ensure controlled, accurate print & mail processes.

Ensure coordination and communication of campaign schedules. Understand and communicate critical milestone dates to ensure campaigns are executed on time.

Supporting multiple monthly campaigns, working with business partners to drive all creative execution elements. This role will leverage data to support & deliver ongoing improvements. The ideal should be comfortable interacting with agency partners to drive creative development.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing and executing direct marketing campaigns.

Experience leading direct mail tactics and creative development for direct mail marketing.

Strong organization skills and consistent attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.

Understanding rules and regulations that govern mail marketing.

Experience working with creative vendor partners.

Self‑motivated, ability to adapt to changing requirements, and capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, matrix organization.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Minimum Education Requirement High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay Transparency details

Pay range $71,000.00 – $118,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
