Mechanical Designer IV
DeZURIK is seeking an experienced Mechanical Designer IV to support the design and development of world‑class flow control products. You’ll create detailed prints, solid modeling design layouts, and 3D models in SolidWorks for engineering analysis and production release—contributing directly to the quality, performance, and innovation that define DeZURIK.
Responsibilities:
You’ll spend most of your time modeling and drawing in SolidWorks, collaborating closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to refine designs, improve efficiency, and solve technical challenges.
As an experienced designer, you’ll also share expertise and provide guidance within the team.
Within the first 30 days you’ll quickly get familiar with DeZURIK’s systems and culture, by 60 days understand our network and file organization, and by 90 days be independently delivering high‑quality design work on active projects.
Base pay range: $35.45/hr - $44.31/hr
Qualifications
Two‑year degree in Design, CAD Drafting, or Engineering Technology strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of 8 years of mechanical design experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial products.
Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, with deep understanding of castings, precision machining, and valve design standards (AWWA, ASME, ANSI, ISO, ASTM).

DeZURIK offers a competitive hourly rate in the $35.45 to $44.31 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.
