My client, a leading national healthcare and insurance organization supporting millions of members across the country, is seeking a
Marketing Specialist II
to join their Retiree Member Engagement Marketing team. This group focuses on developing and executing member‑facing communications that support clinical outcomes, enhance member experience, and drive enterprise‑level goals.
This role is
100% onsite in Minnetonka, Minnesota
and will support senior marketers in managing recurring campaigns, ensuring compliance, and coordinating cross‑functional review processes. Once proficiency is demonstrated, the specialist will have the opportunity to take on
expanded campaign management and project ownership .
Key Responsibilities
Execute recurring campaign processes including versioning, building production crosswalks, setting up campaigns, and managing tasks to ensure timelines stay on track
Maintain high accuracy and urgency while working across detailed, matrixed workflows
Support logistics, timelines, documentation, and cross‑functional coordination
Maintain thorough campaign and project records following established departmental procedures
Proactively communicate with senior marketers to provide updates, anticipate needs, and manage expectations
Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Legal, Regulatory, Product, and other internal teams
Ensure brand, compliance, and client standards are applied consistently
Use project management tools to schedule touchpoints, manage proofs, and track weekly updates for campaign execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in marketing, marketing operations, creative trafficking, or project management
Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple timelines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional
Ability to communicate professionally across cross‑functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workfront or similar project management systems
Previous experience in healthcare or regulated industries
Quick learner who adapts easily to new software or workflow tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Team Structure You will work with a collaborative, highly organized team including:

7 Marketing Managers
4 Marketing Specialists
