About the Role We are looking for an experienced senior architectural visualization designer ready to jump in immediately on leading projects from inception to delivery, driving both creative direction and delivery. Success in this role will require an ability to quickly jump into adapting our studio processes. Expect a dynamic workflow, with an even split of production, art direction, and project management.

Responsibilities include Artistic and Production Leadership
Plan and produce world-class stills and animated CGI visualizations for large-scale real estate developments.
Set and achieve the highest standards in photorealism, storytelling, and design quality.
Provide rapid, visually stunning design solutions for landscapes, public realms, and interiors.
Project Ownership
With minimal guidance, lead visualization projects from kick-off to final delivery, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Translate complex architectural concepts from drawing sets into visually compelling designs.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a relevant design field.
4+ years’ experience in a professional visualization studio or an architecture firm specializing in 3D visualization.
Proven ability to deliver elevated CGI visualizations and animations.
Technical Expertise
Core Software:
3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Unreal Engine
Key Additional Relevant Software:
Rhino, Revit, SketchUp, Blender, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, and other Adobe Suite tools.
Other Requirements
Strong communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration.
Excitement for a fast-paced environment.
Availability for a full-time, in-person role at our Midtown Manhattan office.
