Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Sales Tech design team.
  • The right candidate has a strong ability to craft critical moments through simplified design solutions that aim to meet the specific needs of Intuit Sellers and
  • Customers across Intuit and partners. You'll be part of a larger design org that champions innovative solutions and influences industry standards to bridge Sales, Customer Success, and Expert Services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize insights from in-depth research on sales operations to identify and address critical pain points and improvement opportunities within sales processes and technology applications.
  • Design solutions that set new industry standards and seamlessly incorporate AI and automation to tackle challenges in sales processes.
  • Develop AI-driven tools and workflows that standardize sales activities, enhance workflow efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and improve lead management.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create a unified customer data system that supports dynamic account management strategies tailored to diverse seller archetypes.
  • Lead the design refresh of end-to-end seller workflows to ensure a comprehensive and positive user experience.
  • Champion continuous feedback mechanisms and rapid prototyping to refine and perfect sales processes and user interfaces.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide design decisions, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in interaction or product design, particularly in technology-driven solutions, with a preference for experience in sales or SaaS environments. Proven success in driving projects including planning, scoping, project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve excellent design outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in simplifying complex solutions into user-friendly designs.
  • Proficiency in prototyping and design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with using design systems such as Salesforce Lightening
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable conveying complex design strategies through envisioning and storytelling.
