Position Description: We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join our Learning & Talent Development team. In this role, you'll drive high-impact internal communications, manage multi-channel content delivery, and ensure consistent storytelling that inspires engagement across the organization.

You'll own the editorial calendar, craft engaging copy for newsletters, blogs, and digital content, and partner with stakeholders to deliver clear, on-brand messaging that supports key organizational initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong communicator with a passion for content strategy, storytelling, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of communications across multiple channels (email, intranet, social, newsletters). Draft, edit, and proofread compelling copy for internal and external communications, including blogs, newsletters, and intranet pages. Create PowerPoint presentations and other visual materials to support leadership messaging and learning initiatives. Coordinate weekly multi-channel advertising and promotional content with internal stakeholders. Write talking points, scripts, and supporting materials for campaigns and leadership communications. Lead the development of storytelling blogs and employee spotlights to promote organizational culture and engagement. Ensure brand voice and editorial standards are applied consistently across all communications. Support project timelines, deliverables, and content workflows to keep initiatives on track. Partner with cross-functional teams to align communications with broader organizational goals. Provide administrative and project support to the Learning & Talent Development Communications team. Required Skills & Education:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). Proven experience (2+ years) in corporate communications, content development, or marketing communications. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and content management tools. Experience producing digital communications across various platforms (intranet, newsletters, social media, etc.). Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred:

Experience supporting Learning & Development or Human Resources communications. Familiarity with storytelling, branding, and change communication best practices. Basic graphic design or multimedia production experience is a plus.
