Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Writer to provide business continuity coverage during an extended leave of absence for a period of up to 18 months. This role is responsible for managing the upload, metadata creation, and lifecycle of digital content across publishing platforms such as **Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)** to support product, marketing, and sales functions. The specialist will ensure content quality, regulatory compliance, and consistency across platforms, while generating reports and supporting rebranding and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage content upload and metadata creation in publishing platforms including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Oversee the content lifecycle from submission to publication, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with branding standards. Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of web content and resolve identified issues through coordination with content owners and submitters. Ensure all published content meets **regulatory compliance** and appropriate **password protection** standards. Generate and analyze reports on English and translated content to monitor publishing activity and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams on **acquisition rebranding** projects, ensuring alignment with updated branding and regulatory guidelines. Manage a SharePoint site, maintaining up-to-date project documentation and resource materials. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders regarding content publishing activities and compliance status. Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of **Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)** or similar content management systems. Experience in **content publishing, digital asset management, or web content operations**. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Familiarity with **regulatory compliance and content governance** standards. Proficiency in **SharePoint** and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Ability to analyze content reports and suggest process improvements. Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field (required). Post-graduate certification and/or relevant licenses (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in content publishing, web management, or digital operations.
