The Aromas San Juan Unified School District is located in San Benito County with schools in San Juan Bautista and Aromas. We are 30 minutes north of Monterey and south of Santa Cruz. ASJUSD is the only unified PK-12 collaborative learning community with a clear scope and sequence in academic and enrichment areas in San Benito County. Our TK-8 schools are multi-age communities, valuing the important developmental stages of children who learn together and from each other. Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the school principal, performs a variety of clerical, technical, and paraprofessional duties in the school library/media center. Assists students and staff in accessing and utilizing library and media resources, while maintaining the organization, functionality, and accessibility of the collection. Supports and participates in STEAM and Maker Space programs and initiatives, fostering an innovative, hands-on learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and project-based exploration. This position blends traditional library support with technology integration and creative learning facilitation to enhance student engagement and instructional support.
