As a
Service Dispatch & Administrative Support Specialist , you'll be an essential part of our customer service operations-coordinating communication, managing work orders, and ensuring that every customer experience reflects the quality and reliability Arnold is known for. Key Responsibilities Serve as a
liaison between customers and the dealership Ensure
top-tier customer satisfaction
by supporting service and parts sales Create, monitor, and close out service work orders
accurately and efficiently Greet walk-in customers and handle inbound service calls Maintain
clear communication
between customers and the Service Department on job status Notify customers or Service Managers of
any changes
in completion dates, costs, or job scope Generate
estimates, approvals, and quotes
with accurate labor and time projections Verify
warranty eligibility
and communicate warranty status to customers Review daily work schedules with the Service Manager to track
WIP priorities and deadlines Support
field job coordination , ensuring accurate updates on mechanic travel and job progress Help ensure repairs stay within
quoted or estimated labor hours Follow company procedures for
authorization and job completion
documentation Physical Demands & Working Conditions Ability to sit for extended periods Regular phone and in-person communication Frequent computer and paperwork tasks Occasional bending and filing duties Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Relevant experience may substitute for education requirements Benefits & Perks Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays 100% Company-Paid Medical Premiums
