As a content creator, you will...
Develop and implement social media strategies to engage retail partners and promote company initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, execute tasks, and resolve challenges.
Recommend innovative approaches to promote company offerings and expand reach to retail partners.
Conceptualize, pitch, edit, and publish high-quality videos for Starbucks internal channels.
Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign topics.
Manage the entire video production process from ideation and scripting to filming, directing talent, editing, and publishing.

Exceptional creativity and storytelling ability to craft compelling narratives.
Advanced proficiency in creating and editing social media content, with hands-on experience using tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut.
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally and uphold company standards.
Confidence in appearing on camera and representing the brand authentically.

Content Creator Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience producing engaging, high-quality content.
Expertise in social media content creation and video production.
A portfolio showcasing relevant creative work.
Excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing across multiple formats.
Strong research, organizational, and time management abilities.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with proven collaboration and listening capabilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Capacity to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or accuracy.
Physical ability to bend, lift, and carry light equipment, stand or move for extended periods, and appear on camera.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms, tools, and industry trends.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
